We are very happy with the roofing work of Palmer Construction. The roofing of our home and garage was handled professionally from start to finish. The work crew was respectful of us and our property. I was surprised to see the project was completed in the time they said it would be done. We've already recommended Palmer Construction to several of our friends.
Palmer Construction did an excellent job on re-roofing our 90 year old home. The roofing team led by Jeremiah was very skilled and took extra care (as we requested) to avoid damaging the surrounding flowerbeds even though it may have slowed them down. The Division Manager, Dan Smeak, was extremely helpful (in each conversation he asked - do you have any other questions) and made sure all the final details were resolved satisfactorily. The price quote for the work was competitive with other similar companies, but the workmanship and attentiveness to customer requests was top notch. We will highly recommend Palmer Construction to all our friends and neighbors.
Palmer Construction was so helpful when building a new addition to our home and installing our new cabinets in the kitchen. Their knowledge and experience actually eliminated the need for an architect which saved us a fair amount of money. Andy's planning capabilities helped us to see things clearly. We also appreciated Palmer Construction’s ability to complete things on time and within our budget requirements.
We were so pleased that Palmer Construction was able to install our new roof on the one and only day we had available. They came in, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up in less than a day. Prior to the roofing installation, I was having a difficult time selecting a style and color, so Andy drove me around to various homes to help me see what my roof would look like. Talk about cooperation and patience! We've recommended Palmer Construction to some of our friends who told us they were very pleased and impressed with his work.
